Elevator
Notes:
– The Pivot Bolt and 11/8ā Bolts holding the various pulleys are locked in position by
means of a pair of nuts.
– The hauling cord is attached to the top and passes downward through the 4th middle
hole of the top. Pass the cord around the pulley on the cage top and continue upwards
through the 5th middle hole of the top. The cord is then placed around the two top pulleys,
passes downward and is clipped to the Crank by means of a Spring Clip.
– The guide cords are formed in a large flat bottom āUā shape. Tie one end of the cord to
the elevator top and pass it down through the two end holes of the cage. The cord passes
through the base 3rd hole, along the bottom and emerges from the 5th hole. Pass the cord
upwards through the end holes of the cage and secure to the top.
