2. E-mail a completed order form to the CMAMAS executive at cmamas.parts@bell.net.
3. Send your payment by postal mail to CMAMAS - indicating that you have submitted your order by e-mail.

Paper copies of the price lists were mailed to those club members who ordered them with their membership renewals. If you didn't order paper copies, and you'd like to print your own, the price lists are provided above.

For ordering simplicity please indicate your prefered color scheme (e.g Red/Green, Blue/Gold, Blue/Zinc/Yellow, Dark Blue/Yellow/Zinc)
